If something does not connect
Please include:
APP VERSION
Settings → About.
DEVICE
Your device and its iOS or iPadOS version, or your computer’s system.
CONNECTION
The kind of connection (for example SSH, SFTP or RDP) and the exact error message.
What not to send
Never send passwords or private keys.
Privacy
What the application sends, and how to have it deleted, is in the Privacy Policy.
