This page says what you may do with the application, and what is not promised, without the legal register.
What you may do
Use it for anything, including at work and for money, on as many of your machines as you like. You owe nothing and need to ask nobody.
What we promise
Nothing, and that is said plainly rather than as a dodge. The software comes as it is. It is tested — 1 879 tests run on every commit — but if it loses a file or fails to connect at the wrong moment, there is no warranty behind it and no support contract to invoke.
What we are not
There is no account, no subscription and no server holding your data, so there is nothing to terminate, nothing to bill and nothing for us to lose. Your servers are your responsibility, and your credentials never leave your machine.
The website
These pages describe the application and can count visits, with your permission. They are not the product and carry no separate agreement.

Conchshell is not a company. It is one person's project, and support@conchshell.app reaches them. Questions about this website, about what it collects, or about anything on these pages — that address is the whole of it.
